Three of the limits above look similar and are not. Each one counts runs, not questions or answers, and they come from different places:

Product reports, evidence checks and suggested improvements are not metered by these allowances; the product limit is what caps them. When an allowance runs out the action is refused with an upgrade note — nothing is billed as overage.
Starter is a free plan, not a time-limited trial. You can add up to 5 products, read full product reports, run evidence checks, review suggested improvements, publish shopper-facing product pages, and run 5 citation checks a month with one AI model. It is enough to see whether Hasmord finds useful gaps in your own product information.

That action pauses until your monthly limit resets or you upgrade. Existing reports stay available.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in the app; your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to Starter. Payments are non-refundable under our Terms of Service.
