Growth and Pro can add packs on top of the plan. Add-ons follow your plan’s billing period: monthly plans pay the monthly price, annual plans the annual price. Extra assistant asks reset each calendar month with your plan’s own asks; unused asks do not roll over. Add-ons are not available on Free or Starter.

Find customers: pay-as-you-go on every plan, including Free. Add credit from $10 (you start with $10 free credit, and until October 31, 2027 every top-up is matched 1:1, up to $50 each time), set a daily limit, and searches run on their own.
External Agent connections (MCP): Uses your plan’s existing allowances. Each connection has its own monthly research limit. Safety rate limits on each connection are not plan allowances and add no cost. Set up connections in the app under Settings › Developers.
Monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC), whatever your billing period. Limits match the plans that took effect in October 2026.
Four of the limits above look similar and are not. Each one counts runs, not questions or answers, and they come from different places:

Product reports, evidence checks and suggested improvements are not metered by these allowances; the product limit is what caps them. When an allowance runs out the action is refused with an upgrade note — nothing is billed as overage.
Free is a plan, not a time-limited trial. You can add 1 product, read its full report, run evidence checks, review suggested improvements, publish a buyer-facing product page, and run 3 citation checks a month with one AI model. It is enough to see whether Hasmord finds useful gaps in your own product information.

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 product and 3 citation checks a month, with no credit card required. Starter is $79 a quarter for up to 5 products. Growth is $149 a month for up to 30 products and Pro is $699 a month for up to 300 products; annual billing costs ten times the monthly price. Scale starts at $999 a month, priced for your catalog or your clients. Paid plans do not include a separate free trial: start on Free and upgrade when you need more. Prices are in USD, before taxes.
Paid plans do not include a separate trial. The Free plan needs no credit card, so you can try Hasmord on your own product and upgrade when you need more.
That action pauses until your monthly limit resets or you upgrade. Existing reports stay available.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in the app; your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then moves to the Free plan. Payments are non-refundable under our Terms of Service.
Yes. Every plan includes read-only API access to your products, reports and citation results.
Yes, on Growth, Pro and Scale. External Agent connections let your own Agent read your saved AI answers and improvements and prepare a linked draft for your review. Nothing is approved, applied or published by the Agent — you review and publish in Hasmord. Each connection uses your plan’s existing allowances and has its own monthly research limit. Checked so far: Claude (as a custom connector on claude.ai, on the web and in the desktop app), Claude Code (over a remote connection and through Hasmord’s local bridge) and Gemini CLI. Other clients are not yet verified.
Growth and Pro can add packs: +10 AEO products for $30 a month or $300 a year; +10 CRM users for $100 a month or $1,000 a year; +20 assistant asks a month for $30 a month or $300 a year (unused asks do not roll over); +5 research credits a month for $49 a month or $490 a year (unused credits do not roll over).
