This Privacy Policy explains what data Hasmord ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and your rights. By using Hasmord you agree to this policy.

Data we collect

• Account data: your name and email from your OAuth provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) when you sign in.
• Product data: the product URLs, categories, and content you submit for analysis.
• Analytics data: when you connect Google Analytics, read-only referral and session metrics used to attribute AI traffic to your products.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use data

• To generate AEO reports, PIL data, citation probes, and analytics for your workspace.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.
• We do not use your data to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

Data processing & retention statement

Data is processed to deliver the features you use. Retention is limited to what your reports and analytics require; you may request deletion of your workspace data at any time by emailing support@hasmord.com. Our processing is aligned with GDPR principles of lawfulness, transparency, and data minimization.

Subprocessors

• Cloud hosting and database providers used to run the platform.
• Stripe for payment processing (we never store your full card number).
• LLM API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) used only to run the citation probes you request.
• Google Analytics Data API, only when you explicitly connect it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact support@hasmord.com and we will respond promptly.
