Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Hasmord. By using the service you agree to them.

Subscriptions & billing

• The Starter trial is free and requires no credit card.
• Paid plans (Growth at $49/month, and custom Scale plans) are billed in advance via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled case by case per the policy here: if you cancel within 14 days of a new paid charge and have not materially used the paid features, contact support@hasmord.com for a refund review.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

Acceptable use

• Use Hasmord only for product data you are authorized to analyze.
• Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, or abuse third-party APIs.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hasmord is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
