Which of Your Leads Asked an AI Assistant First? Tracking AEO Leads in Your CRM

Published Oct 16, 2026

Which of your leads asked an AI assistant first?

Only the buyer can tell you, so write it down. In Hasmord’s CRM, each lead has a How AEO played in note: what the buyer asked and what the assistant told them. It stays private with the lead and is never used by AI. You record it; Hasmord doesn’t guess it.

AI assistants don’t send you leads. Buyers do, after they’ve asked an assistant. So which of your leads did their research there?

Open CRM, then Leads, and add the inquiry as a new lead. Under How AEO played in, note what the buyer asked and what the assistant told them. It stays private with the lead, and it’s never used by AI. Then confirm the lead, keep it warm, or mark it not valid.

When it’s real, prepare an opportunity. AI compares the lead with the customers, contacts and products you already have; you decide every match. Add the first follow-up with the due date, and send it for approval.

Nothing is created until it’s approved, and nobody approves on your behalf. Then the opportunity starts at Qualified, and the follow-up waits in Follow-ups. That AEO note is your evidence: you record it, Hasmord doesn’t guess it. CRM comes with Growth and above. See it at hasmord.com.

All lead details in the video are fictional.
