What Do AI Assistants Say About Your Product? Ask Them and Keep the Answer

Published Oct 8, 2026

What do AI assistants say when buyers ask about your product?

Ask the assistants the question your buyers ask, and read exactly what each one answers, which brands it names, and which pages it cites. A mention is a text match, not a recommendation, and the same question can get a different answer next time.

What do AI assistants say when a buyer asks about your product? The fastest way to find out is to ask them the same question, and keep the answer.

In Hasmord, open Results and choose Ask the assistants. Pick the product, then write the question the way a buyer would say it, with its conditions — the budget, the size, the use. You can add context, like the products buyers compare you with.

Hasmord sends the question to the assistants on your plan and keeps each answer. For every assistant you see whether your product was cited this time, which brands it named instead, and the full answer text, so you can read how it described you and how it described them.

Two things to keep in mind. A mention is a text match, not a recommendation. And the same question can get a different answer next time, so treat one answer as one reading, not a verdict.

When an answer misses something about your product, Hasmord shows what to improve first. That’s the next video. Try one question free at hasmord.com.
